My Services

Talking through your problems with a qualified therapist can help you to identify and change troubling emotions, thoughts and behaviours in a safe, confidential and non-judgmental environment. It gives you the space to unpack issues that you may not feel comfortable sharing with family or friends. Therapy is a great way to develop self-awareness and a deeper understanding of yourself.

How I can help

I approach my work from a strengths-based perspective, utilising evidence-based interventions to facilitate positive change and growth. My therapeutic interventions are drawn from a variety of approaches such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, and Narrative Therapy. As well as trauma-informed care.
